I'll setup a Google form to receive applications for the event as well as a facebook page for more info.
Another thing, I'll post a list of info for the event's poster so you guys can add to it as I do the design it. As for the banners, I'd suggest 2 for Wikipedia and 1 for Wikimedia, what do you think?
I'll probably have all these ready end of next week.

Have you guys visited the ten.wiki page? There is an array of designs and ideas there. I think we should make a roll-up banner of the following: http://ten.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:10yrs_carry-our-message.png. The dean would also like the Strathmore University logo on the posters as well.

Regarding the wikimedia.or.ke, it is David who was in charge. Let me nudge him and enquire why we are still stagnant on that matter.

up to now wikimedia.or.ke is not registered, according to the WHOIS database.
Whoever is taking care of this: DNS servers are ns1.mastersdns.com (195.114.98.120) ns2.mastersdns.com (195.114.99.120)
all the rest is already set up and connected.
The invoice for the domain name registration should go to Wikimedia CH CH-8008 Zurich Switzerland

If someone wants to RSVP for the event, who should they be in touch with? Have you considered inviting some local tech or cultural hackers who aren't yet involved with wiki projects, like the organizers of the Nairobi barcamp... or grace boma on the non-tech side.
