<div><br></div><div>proxy-i don&#39;t really know about this but ave never heard of a company that doesn&#39;t give its members the opportunity to vote by proxy.</div><div><br></div><div>project manager.-i <b>think </b>he/she should have the responsibility of gathering ideas from the members on what projects the members think the org should engage in.if the project is approved by the board then he/she will be in charge of liaising with the members to implement the proposed project.he/she will be responsible for how money is spent and is accountable to the board at the end of the project.</div>
