Greetings, the issue of registering the chapter is a pressing matter
at the moment. Its therefore my appeal to all of us to ensure we get
the current stalement behind us ASAP.
As mentioned at the meeting, proceedings between the lawyer and our
representatives were to be posted; so as to act as a guidance for the
other members prior to the voting.  An official voting session was
then to be organized where the legal vehicle selected by most of the
members will prevail. However, of greater importance were the by-laws
that are supposed to govern us.
Therefore, a greater responsibility lies to those liasing with the
lawyer in educating the rest of the members before we get to vote.
Moreover, we need to set reasonable time-limits for instance the
voting date, duration et cetera. Lastly, timely and official
documentation of any proceedings, sessions and occurences need to be
availed to all members.
We need to get words into action immediately for the well being of the
foundation.
Regards, Riwa.
