two people are enough.actually one would do but an additional is needed incase anything happens just to be on the safe side.i think 3 is too many unless anyone has a justifiable reason.

Hi,

I have noticed Chris noticing that I noticed the WFS Kenyan edition
needs to be compiled ASAP and so I had been populating the topics on
the meta.

As for the budget and logistics, I am comfortable handling given that
it's a 'small' trip.

BTW,how many should go? 2 or 3? Please advice.

However, I would like you (WMKE) to chip in and prepare the other
aspects of the visit.

I.e.
*the topic and contents of the talk. like Jwild has already done by
providing the link
 http://outreach.wikimedia.org/
wiki/Student_Organizations and thus preparing the slidez.

*what could be done on the material day to make the day a great
success to the students and us.
Kindly forward your suggestions as early as today.

cheers,
steve
