Hi guys,
We are working on having the elections on 31st ,now that we have a
guaranteed venue.
Voting shall be in the way of secret ballot ,5 aspirants who will get
the highest votes shall make up the board , that's according to our
chapter election procedures , i stand corrected !
I shall liaise with my fellow electoral team members Chris &
Cliff on Monday evening ,whether by way of physical meeting up ,Skype
or otherwise see how we can handle the Q & A session & Logisics
/ballot papers blah blah,Thereafter by Wednesday we expect to have set
up an election page where aspiring board members will post their
respective bios,
For now i want to urge our members to spare some time for this
historical event so that we have better turn out ,cz the future of
WMKE chapter is at stake, On behalf of the team i want to say that we
shall be keen to follow the procedures as outlined because we want to
set the right precedence for future elections.
