I don't know which letter you are using, but I've attached the appropriate one, just incase.
Yes, we are full. But of ideas, not confirmations. As far as I know, we only have Strath & Google confirmed. I second your idea about our meetup. I was at iHub today and Tosh told me that iHub will be really busy during mid-August.
Asaf will be here for 5 days: from 14th to 18th.
Alex raised a good point regarding Egerton costing us a full day, which will be kinda difficult to squeeze. I think we hould put it on hold until end of next week and if we wouldn't have gotten any confirmations from local universities; then we can take that into consideration.
