I would also request any wikimedian who understands this jargon to explain simply the four questions by Oliver.

  1. what’s the liability for the members?
  2. what are the requirements with regard to tax and report filing?
  3. are there any restrictions on membership?
  4. what’s the status with regard to for profit vs non-profit?
