It was not decided; rather it was suggested -- that's why it is still left hanging.

Anyway, if you (Steve) are available for the pre-visit to Nyeri, well and good. My concern is that while some of us took a week off work or a week off school inorder to go to Kakamega/Mombasa, I am not sure whether people will manage to get another week off for the Nyeri pilot. So I don't think we'll manage to get 6 people for Nyeri at the moment. Most of the Strathmore folks would be free during May.

As regards substituting to Nairobi, I have no problem with that. If we get unanimous agreement (and the 6 people as well), I would contact WMF and notify them (and ask their permission?) that the grant would be redirected to the Nairobi pilot, rather than the original plan for Nyeri.
