For logistical reasons, the chapters meeting is capped at 2
representatives by chapter/chapter to be. There are now around 30
chapters and having more than 2 people per chapter would just make the
whole thing unmanageable. We have been thinking already about not even
having two representatives per chapter to keep the meeting productive.

I hope however to see you at Wikimania, where there will be plenty of
opportunities to exchange with chapter people and the larger Wikimedia
Community.
