Hi,

what I understood from Abbas in the past was that they first wanted to have a lawyer take a look at it (after a first glance at the bylaws, that seems wise to make sure it actually fits the demands of Kenyan law), before asking chapcom to give actual input. But please let me know if I misunderstood here.

Best, Lodewijk

The link to the proposed bylaws is available here.  This is the same
document as was sent to Delphine.
