Hie People;

For once i think we are lossing forcus on this matter, and further shows how far we need to go to establish structures for efficiency in future events. More pressing issues like the Wikipedia for schools, Wikipedia in Nairobi should take precedence.

A thought here, all this seems premature. Under what basis will people vote. Kwc is the main indicator here and if a voter didn't participate, his / her choice might be misinformed.
