Your totally right, Alex. I've been focussing so much on corporates because these people require invites sent way in advance. I had stated that we'll also invite students + teachers as well in an earlier email. I believe that after Mr. Ting gives talks @ Uni's, students could also be informed about the anniversary. The problem with randomly inviting a crowd of students poses a threat of gatecrushing -- which brings me to the question: how many guests are we aiming at?
