These are legal vehicles: whether we choose to go by bus, train or air is up to us -- but all of them will reach our destination. It's a sort of medium that we will use to fulfill our obligations. Personally I had vouched for a trust, but I am now more inclined to go with a company limited by guarantee - basing on precedence from Wikimedia UK and from what Isaac has just suggested. The reason why I am inclined to a company is because it actually works in Wikimedia UK while with a trust, I don't know of any real-life example of a non-profit organization that I can look upon or refer to.
