Thank you so much for confirming your participation for our ICT open day
to
be held on Saturday 24th of September 2011.

Below is an outline of the program for the day. We are yet to slot the
actual presentations but will do so by Thursday.

Morning Session
8:00 am - 9:00 am - Arrival and setting up
9:00 am - 9:30 am - Presentation 1
9:30 am - 10:00 am - Presentation 2
10:00 am - 10:30 am - Presentation 3
10:30 am - 11:00 am - Presentation 4
11:00 am - 11:30 am - Presentation 5
11:30 am - 12:00 noon - Presentation 6
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Exhibition & Lunch

Afternoon session
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Presentation 7
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Presentation 8
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Presentation 9
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Presentation 10
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Presentation 11
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm - Presentation 12
5:00 pm - Closing


We shall provide 2 medium sized tables adjacent to our auditorium for any
marketing material that you may want to display.

You are welcome to come with your tents if you find that more appropriate
for you.

In addition I have attached the poster that we are using for our marketing
this far.

It has those whose confirmations we had received at the point we produced
it.
