Congrats for the progress.
Since we are on a pilot and it will be used to evaluate the project, every step of the pilot needs to be closely monitored and a thorough report on the experience created. For this case, we need to document all the progress in the pilot on the three localities. We will create a wiki for each region and we will be updating it daily. In that effect, I will create a skull of the Kakamega Pilot and I urge you to be updating it daily, starting right from the Saturday meeting.
