Really? When do people do exams, then? If some people wouldn't be having exams in November, they'll probably be _preparing_ for upcoming exams -- and from experience, students don't want to engage in other activities when they are revising for exams. Moreover, I still feel we have a lot to do:

-print banners, advertise

-finalise the budget

-give Wikimedia France at least a week (at best) to discuss, and approve the budget.

-give another week to get the wire transfer into a Kenyan bank account.

-buy the prizes (which are still undecided)

-choose the jury (that will select the winners)

If you think that you can pull that off within this month, then best of luck with that.

Hi, i don't think anyone has exams in November. The date set is quite OK (3rd Nov) and more so as stipulated the competition will only take two weeks.
