First, iam impressed by Steve&#39;s mastery of kiswahili, very impressive. The issue at hand involves both sponsorship and participation. If the listed organizations do not desire to support us financially whereas we have viable projects, then the best idea is of course to work on them alone and arouse their attention upon successful completion. However som institutions eg ICT board are crucial in implementation therefore i vouch that we involve them as we may never know their value in the end.<br>

I tried using my Wikimedia email address and contacting agencies using a fax number rather than by email, and found the latter actually got a reasonable result. I don&#39;t know what the situation is in Kenya is but it&#39;s relatively easy to get an Internet fax number here. (A quick google search turned up <a href="http://easyfax.co.ke" target="_blank">easyfax.co.ke</a>, but their website does not make clear what their costs are.)<br>
