I'd recommend picking an interim executive team (or anything else you want to call an informal equivalent to a board), even before legal founding, so there's clear division of responsibility, to drive the founding forward.  Also, it's best to at least start discussion _how_ to select delegates, in order to be very sure you have picked delegates by early or mid-Feb at the latest.  Flight ticket prices are rising as we near the event (now about two months away).

P.S. How is Wiki Takes Nairobi coming along?  Has it been cancelled? Postponed?
