This progress is quite impressive and it is a great step in achieving our goals and objectives as a Chapter. However, I didn't quite see the statements specifying the period which a board member is too occupy a position, the length of time that a term is going to take and the maximum number of consecutive terms that a member is allowed to hold a particular position.

I think the quorum should consist of both board members and ordinary members.

the project manager should be in charge of the day-to-day running of the organizations activities. For instance coordinate the availability of requisite equipments for any activity, manage any projects/ activities being conducted and so on.

A meta is a better idea.
