Don't use Commonist upload tool for WLM. For WLM, we have made a separate Upload tool for all participating countries for easy Judging work. Just to explain the why: this helps us to semi-automatically create an overview of all images and what they are showing. This helps to identify which images belong in which list, and brings your images the most efficiently to the wikipedia pages.
