Thank you for taking the effort to get personal opinions from some of the
board members.
We are formulating some review procedure and policies to improve the quality
of translated articles. We hope things will get better.
Sometime later, we will update the Indian Wikimedia commuinty on this issue.

I am quite concerned about the kinds of issues that Ravi raises, and
believe that machine translation is, on net, more likely to be harmful than
helpful to most communities. Bishakha, you may want to wait before posting
back to the Listserv, to get a broader view from other board members. --
