Legal services Consultant
Mr. Apar Gupta is appointed as the legal services consultant for the
Chapter effective 15 Aug 2012 for a period of one year. Apar is
presently a partner at the law firm of Advani and Co.. Having a
background in litigation he specializes in legal issues involving
technology and intellectual property. His services include legal
advisory and consultation as well as representing the Wikimedia Chapter
in courts.

Conducting Wiki Academy @ Dravidian university on 6 Aug 2012, is a
special experience as majority of the audience was from the teaching
staff. It is also the first ever multi lingual Wiki Academy conducted
by chapter. As Dravidian university is focused on the major Dravidian
languages, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam scholars
