Sure, everyone is welcome to join any public lists, and that is why they are public! So welcome to join Wikimedia Bangladesh list. :-) Just to let you know guys, like Wikimedia India list, we don't use English much there. Because Bangla is the only official language in Bangladesh, and people from every corner of Bangladesh understand Bangla perfectly well. So you will get most of the e-mails in Bangla, but of course English is not forbidden. We do get e-mails in English too.
