What makes you say that it was for reasons out of control? What context are you referring to?
By which logic a person need not have to be a Chapter member in order to be an EC member.
Was the person a member of the chapter before being elected to the EC? Was the membership renewal not done due to reasons beyond control? Yes && Yes -> the person can remain in the ECSimple logic ji :)peace
