Hi all,<div><br></div><div>A few days back, there was discussion around ShortUrl[1]. I have made another small tool(code[2]) which takes English Wiki article name and redirects to the language Wikipedia. The redirection app is live[3].</div>

<div><br></div><div><a href="http://interwikiredir.appspot.com/or/Chennai">interwikiredir.appspot.com/or/Chennai</a> will redirect to Chennai article in Oriya Wikipedia. We have also made this available as part of <a href="http://tawp.in">tawp.in</a> shorturl domain, hence <a href="http://tawp.in/en/ArticleNameInEnglish">tawp.in/en/ArticleNameInEnglish</a> will redirect to corresponding interwiki article in Tamil. Building this into a mediawiki extension might be useful since not all mobiles may support Indic input schemes and first step to read an article is to type the URL!.</div>
