I know the rule. I am asking that how you are maintain to get titles
like this without any real contributions anywhere. Even more badly, in
this same list I saw you were discouraging users just because they

I want this community and its process clear and correct. I cannot
agree someone with bad reputation represent community and its
decisions. Whenever I am asking somethin to you, I hope you would
reply a proper answer so that users can believe you. Unfortunately
never happened.
