Hoi,<br>The opening and the re-opening of a project can be done when the rules for a new project have been complied with. They are the full localisation of MediaWiki and a subset of the extensions used by the Wikimedia Foundation.<br>

<br>I am really happy that the localisation for the Oriya language has started. It will take a considerable effort to comply with the requirements of a new project. In the mean time, you can add dictionary content at <a href="http://OmegaWiki.org">OmegaWiki.org</a> the first 13 words have been added by me. They are the names of the month and the name of Oriya in Oriya ..<br>
