I hope you live in 21st century.
Downloading the form, then taking a printout and filling it manually,
then going to stationery shop to buy an envelope and then going to
post office to stand in the long que in this hot summer just to
snail-mail a piece of paper is such a head ache for a old man like me.

Apart from travelling to post-office, I have to spend another Rs. 40
to send it by registered post so that it reaches fast & I have proof.
If I send it by ordinary post (like I did last time) I do not have any
proof & even if you receive the form you can claim that you did not
receive my form as there is no witness with me through which I can
prove that I have sent the form.

I had sent Rs. 100 DD twice (March 2012 & April 2013)  along with my
form and I'm not a member yet. :(
Even my money is lost.

Why can't you make the system paperless?

What's the matter in scanning and sending the form?

Why don't you make an eform for all the members?

Is this a trick to keep away the new members from the chapter?
