As it has very basic hardware, only 2GB Ram & 16GB internal storage, installing other OS might make it not function properly. Perhaps there is no way to install any other OS.

Sometimes it struggles even with Chrome OS! Though it supports play store we can't install more than 6-7 apps!! 

Coming to the Hindi keyboard, I'll try to find out if it can be added and enabled.
