She has 24 edits on Gujarati Wikipedia.

From what I see she has managed to manipulate and pull strings within wikimedia to get herself featured everywhere from here to https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Thank_You/Noopur_Raval

there are so many more deserving people from India why not them?
