Screen sharing options are numerous, https://join.me allows sharing screen, even https://ustream.tv allows video casting, There is an Open source service called http://www.bigbluebutton.org which is effective for virtual classes, but when you talk about an interactive audio-video 2 way system in one platform google hangout is handy, but, everyone please suggest if any other standalone apps available which allows something which solves the purpose.

But, we can try out few demo sessions before the actual event to ascertain to avoid problems during the session.

Hey Srikanth,

Im not aware of any other portal that would allow those many participants to do video conferencing + screen sharing at the same time. Please share if you come across one. We can most definitely try new options.

However limiting number of participants will also mean incremental individual attention for each participant. If we have higher number of interested attendees we can organise multiple sessions.

Thanks
Nitika
