From what i can see, the chapter is still taking its baby steps and hasn&#39;t done anything in particular. Only after the chapter starts functioning in full gear, we can judge whether it is biased toward one region.Saying it has a south bias is premature.<br>
<br>You are conflating the work of South Indian wikimedians who are associated with the chapter (or are just active in india mailing list) with the chapter itself. I say, be patient,give the chapter time to function and then judge its actions. <br>
