Education program is about interacting with colleges about use of Wikipedia included in teaching learning process, like Campus Ambassador program where people edit as part of curriculum.

WP:INEI is a WikiProject aiming improvement of articles in English wikipedia related to education in India and has goals like improving coverage of Indian education related articles.

Ofcourse, if one student who participates from each college on education program writes / improves his/her own college article, WP:INEI can also improve !
