Hello Wikimedians,

Due to Toolforge Trusty deprecation[1], Our Indic-OCR has stopped its working.[2] Now I moved this tool to Debian Stretch from Ubuntu Trusty. and rebuild virtualenv.[3] Now the tool is live.
