Friends,<br>           Let us avoid this mud-slinging of each other on the mailing list. I think we all agree for one thing - Wikimedia India Chapter has to be formed. As Achal said, the &quot;so called founding members&quot; have no extra privileges, they just volunteered to set up the chapter after all the previous attempts. Everyone including you and me are free to join, once the &quot;formalities&quot; are over.<br>
          Give suggestions on the MoA/Chapter and how it can be improved.
