Nudity is art for some, porn for others. Its perspective which matters. And correction, I'm from a middle-east country, and wikipedia is the last place anyone goes for porn over here, so thats cleared. India is a very free country on the account of web filtering, let alone colleges and other edu institutions. As far as I think, this is an isolated matter.

B) Position of people on this list?
C) Position of Indian editors majority of whom prefer to stay outside this list?

I don't think there is any single thing all will agree on, leave alone controversial topics like ImageFilter
