It simply means that Wikimedia India did not submit a letter of intent to receive funding under the APG pattern. Exactly what do you mean by 'Why are you letting them do such things to you?' It is quite unclear.
I am a longtime contributor to Hindi Wikipedia, inactive of late. I am a recent subscriber to this list. I am interested in joining chapter. I am interested in knowing more about this, can anyone from the past EC tell moresomething caught my eye. Does it mean chapter will not have money? Why are you letting them to do this kind of things to you? pls explain
