First IRC for Wikimedia Chapter Executive Committee Elections-2016 is scheduled on 19-March-2017 9:00PM - 10:30PM.

This session is for potential candidates and members to clarify election rules and procedures with Election Committee and current EC.

Following guidelines will help facilitate the smooth conduct of the IRC:

 

- Please be on-time, IRC starts at 9:00 PM. 

- If you have not participated in IRC earlier, it is recommended that you go through the following in advance

- Participants to identify themselves on joining

- Please go through the election rules and related documentation available at

  http://wiki.wikimedia.in/Elections_2016#Related_documents

- Questions may be posted on http://wiki.wikimedia.in/Talk:Elections_2016#Questions_for_IRC in advance. These will be taken up first.

- Please await confirmation from facilitator before putting up new topics during the IRC. Topics will be taken up one by one to allow everyone to contribute.
