This must have been a long journey to get all of these and I look forward to hearing more from you, Ravi. And all the best for getting them under CC license. Hey, BTW more than 4 Indic languages (or even more) have recently got free licensed scholarly/encyclopedic books online.

We are awaiting official written confirmation on the re-release. But, the Tamil develpment board which owns these encyclopedias have given approval of our request already.

The plan is to get these encyclopedias on Wikisource. How we can get that done is still under discussion.
