to apply for a scholarship or not?
The answer is yes! You need to. So if you are a speaker or a working group
member, please apply right now if you think you would need a scholarship.
The last date and time is midnight 15 August 2011 when the clock roles over
to 0001 hours on 16 Aug 2011.
