There is a user called Shruti14 on en.wiki whos quite active (atleast used to b very active when I was regular!) - if m nt mistaken shes American PIO - will invite her. Second, I would think it wrong to say only people from Delhi/North India speak good Hindi, though Im not sure whether ur looking for representation from people from there or Hindi speaking people.
