Just a comment . "free knowledge" or "free and open knowledge" are
usual terms used by wmf and movement in general . the term open knowledge
movement may be misleading because it is the current legal name of open
OKF or okfn.org

The Centre for Internet & Society (CIS) is seeking applications for the
post of Programme Officer (Institutional Partnerships) for its Access to
Knowledge (A2K) Programme. The position will be based in its Bangalore
office. Programme Officer will collaboratively work with the A2K Team and
would report to the Programme Director, Access to Knowledge at CIS.

will be to assimilate the work started by CIS-A2K through various
