Notice is hereby given that the second Annual General Body meeting of the members of Wikimedia Chapter will be held on 23 September 2012 at No.194, 2^nd C Cross, Dommaluru 2^nd stage, Bangalore-560071, from 03:00 PM to 05:30PM to transact the following business:

 

Agenda:

1. Welcome

2. Reading of notice convening the meeting

3. Approval of previous AGM minutes (enclosed)

4. Consideration and approval of the report of the activities of Wikimedia chapter for 2011-12

5. Consideration and approval of the audited accounts and the report of the auditors thereon for the year ended 31st March 2012. (enclosed)

6. Election of the members of Executive Committee 2012-2014

7. Draft budget for the year 2012-13

8. Appointment of auditors

9. Any other subjects with the permission of the Chair

10. President's address

 

If you are enrolled as a member on or before 22 June 2012, please find enclosed a ballot form with its own envelope along with a postage stamped envelope to return the ballot form envelope. Please return the ballots so as to reach on or before 22 Sep 2012. If you are able to attend the AGM, you will have an option to vote during the AGM as well. Please bring this notice or membership card for the meeting.
