Hello everyone,

I hope this email finds you well. As you know CIS-A2K is going to organise an online large scale event which called “Wikimedia Wikimeet India 2021.” It will be 3-days-long event and dates are 19, 20 and 21 February 2021. On 21st February, there is an International Mother Language Day and we will celebrate that day during the event. For the celebration of the same, we are planning for a pre-event as a part of WMWM.

It will be one-day Wikidata event which called Label-a-thon. The date for the event is 6 February 2021. During this event, we will create Labels, descriptions and alias about Indian Languages, Indian Dialects, Indian authors (from any Indian language), translators etc in our local languages. The queries for the items are already given on the event page (please note we are still working on it). Interested participants add their name on the event page which is given below.
