I was simply wondering if there were members of Indian chapter involved or anything specific to India implemented in the same direction.
I dont think anything with ImageFilter is geolocation specific. So nothing can be done "specific to India". It has to be taken at project level (multiple communities being stake holders, commons being most important one) and I don't think chapters should have a say on things like these, especially when they put a big disclaimer "We are not responsible for content", they loose the right to talk as chapter.
