Even if all 60 candidates who applied are eligible, they still need to select 25 people.

Even if only two people are selected from each community, it can easily fill the 25 seats.

The selection criteria listed by CIS-A2K is good.

May be they can also display how they ensured diversity in terms of gender, region, language, wiki project, and wiki age of the candidates.
