I had written Book and need help for Printing/Publication. I lecture about same in Big Groups and they found it very helpful. details can be given by email:

The contents of the book give information as to how one can prevent, control, cures - over 150 possible human ailments and diseases, just by adjusting daily food as per one's Blood Group and specific Vedic Pranayam Methods & Mudra. UI lecture and demonstrate same in physical manner and many found that helpful. I can sell over 10,000 copies in Groups of Sr. Citizen and other club members; in different languages.
