http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Bulk_uploads#Upload_media lists a bunch of tools.
FlickrLickr is not for uploading your own work, as you said.
But, Flickrripper doesn't seem to have any such issue. Uploads will be recorded under your user account itself, it seems.

People,

Do you know of a good way to upload our own FlickR entries to Commons? I'm aware of the tool that pulls in FlickR uploads that are in CC-by-SA. However, it doesn't provision for or consider the case of the original uploader of the photo syncing photos from FlickR to commons. Any ideas?

Are there any clients to add photos to Commons?
