Hi,

There is a user called Shruti14 on en.wiki whos quite active (atleast used to b very active when I was regular!) - if m nt mistaken shes American PIO - will invite her. Second, I would think it wrong to say only people from Delhi/North India speak good Hindi, though Im not sure whether ur looking for representation from people from there or Hindi speaking people. Im originally from Bombay, been in the UK for a couple of years and speak a decent level of Hindi - willing to help where possible.
