We don't have a dedicated Wikisource community yet and this was initiated
as part of tawiki10 celebrations.
We are awaiting official written confirmation on the re-release. But, the
Tamil develpment board which owns these encyclopedias have given approval
of our request already.
The plan is to get these encyclopedias on Wikisource. How we can get that
done is still under discussion.
